Sad Sunday For The Super Star

Before last Sunday, it was not just Super Star Mahesh Babu, even his friends were happy. The reason was a coincidental one. Mahesh Babu's film 'Pokiri' that was released and created history 5 years ago was aired on MAA TV before last Sunday. That too in the afternoon prime time. Coincidentally at the same time, Star TV had aired 'Wanted', the Hindi remake of Pokiri with Salman Khan in main lead.

The people have watched both the films by shuttling between the two channels. After the film, many thought that Mahesh performed far better than Salman in that role and Salman couldn’t deliver even 50% of what Mahesh delivered. Even Mahesh Babu came to know about this and felt happy.

But yesterday the same fans felt very bad for watching 'Anji' on Gemini TV where Mahesh’s wife Namratha acted with Chiranjeevi. Although Mahesh Babu took it as a professional aspect, his fans were unhappy for watching their hero's wife pairing up with other hero. Gemini TV management got signals from fans and hence they aired 'Murari' as soon as 'Anji' was over, to please Mahesh fans.
