2011 Formula One calendar set in place

A new Formula One calendar for this season has been ratified on Wednesday following the recent furore surrounding the Bahrain Grand Prix.
The race in Bahrain became an off-on-off affair that was finally shelved last week as tensions grew surrounding its reinstatement after a meeting of the World Motor Sport Council in Barcelona on June 3.
By way of a formality, the WMSC opted for a fax vote regarding the clarification of the calendar, with a deadline of noon yesterday for the 26 members to register their decision.
The FIA has confirmed the vote was unanimous, which means the inaugural Indian Grand Prix will definitely take place on October 30.
Schedule of remaining races:
Jun 26 European (Valencia Street Circuit)
Jul 7 British (Silverstone)
Jul 24 German (Nurburgring)
Jul 31 Hungarian (Hungaroring, Budapest)
Aug 28 Belgian (Spa-Francorchamps)
Sep 11 Italian (Monza)

Oct 9 Japanese (Suzuka)
Oct 16 Korean (Yeongam)
Oct 30 Indian (Greater Noida)
